@yahoonews: The X2 roller coaster at Six Flags Magic Mountain in Southern California has been closed since July 12 after two riders suffered brain injuries within days of each other, according to a CNN investigation. Both riders lost consciousness after riding X2 in July. One was diagnosed with a severe subdural hematoma and brain compression. The other suffered a traumatic brain injury and remains in a coma. CNN also found a two-decade history of injuries reported by people who had recently ridden X2, including two who died. Six Flags declined to comment on CNN’s reporting.
