I started in a role where my engineering lead sent me to comissioning all the time om different projects and I never got to truly practice programming. Than gave me a Project where I struggled but managed to get it done however spending too much time. Than he classified me as useless to learn programming after that. Now I am only allowed to do comissioning and service .
