Majority of those moving to new sites are not those who are already 'counting millions' in Surulere/Ijesha or any other part of lagos. Moving to a new site is not a bad idea BUT before moving, you should do your workings/calculations very well. Once you're ready to move, you need to also prepare to start a new business close to the new site. Mowe is booming, Ifo is not doing bad in terms of business, so all it requires is proper and detailed planning. You can be a tenant forever and not everyone can muscle what it takes to buy land not to talk of building in Lagos
