Finding deals isn’t necessarily the hard part. Brokers will send you opportunities every week. The hard part is having a team disciplined enough to underwrite, challenge assumptions, investigate the market, walk the property, complete due diligence and still be willing to walk away. Because our job isn’t to buy another apartment complex. Our job is to find the rare opportunities where the numbers, the asset, the market, and the business plan all make sense.
