anybody that thinks she is not guilty or patrick did it lacks the ability to make reasonable decisions and admit when they are wrong. At the beginning of most cases everyone is considered as a suspect, especially the closest ones to the victim. Patrick was considered but ruled out very early on because of video camera footage, phone calls, and his cars gps. They concluded that it would’ve been almost impossible for patrick to be at the scene and there was no evidence of patrick turning around and going back home between trips. While blaming mental illness, and lack of care/help, is used a lot in court cases, this sets a dangerous precedent for the future where more and more people will try and use mental illness as a way to twist the system. Her own therapist went on the stand and stated that she did not see signs of psychosis within Lindsay. Many people are refusing to see the bigger picture, there are 3 children dead and lindsay clancy did kill them, whether she was in her right mind or not, there was absolutely no way for patrick to kill them. Everybody is focusing on justice for lindsay while we should be focusing on justice for her children.
