When I was just 20 years old and about 2 months sober off herion, I got off the train in Chicago at union station with no idea what was ahead of me… sitting in the back seat of a friends car on my way to the unknown, this song came on and every time I hear it I am transported back to that moment of probably my lowest low. Happy to say I have lived on the California coast for the past 12 years and sober for over 16 years. Grateful to say ever time over heard this song since that day, I am stronger and better than the last time and I will forever be grateful for that ❤️
