As a British person who has lived in the US for the last 5 years - here are some things that confuse me too. 1. Health Insurance. Why do I pay for health insurance for it to cover fuck all? I still have to pay some form of money to see a doctor. Shouldn’t this be the whole point of insurance? 2. Whenever I go to the barbers, why does everyone ask “did you get a haircut?” No, I got MY haircut. A is singular and therefore implies I got one strand of hair cut. So no, I didn’t get A haircut. I got MY haircut. 3. The ads on TV. Why does the voiceover insist on reading the side effects for you? There’s a slip of paper inside the box that clearly state the side effects. 4. American bread. This shouldn’t be that complicated. Bread is a handful of ingredients and so why does American bread contain between 15-20 ingredients? Keep it simple guys, keep it simple.

As a bit living in Britain what do you mean a pharmacy in a doctors surgery because me er in my life have I seen a doctor and hit my meds in the same building 😂
