Its bizarre to see that area in person. Everywhere all around is flat as F then you get into this area and its beautiful. Check out Galena, IL while visiting the area. Absolutely stunning.

I just spent some time in McGregor, Iowa. Wow, this area completely surprised me! I had no clue it looked like this. Epic motorcycling riding, I took a few ferries back and forth across the Mississippi. Tons of trains. So many cliffs. Kickapoo was fantastic, Wildcat reminded me of the Blue Ridge.
