Lamb is a baby sheep around 6-8 months old, sheep can live up to 20 years, you are essentially eating a 6 year old in human years 🙂

True but most places don’t cook it well imo. I’m also a big goat curry fan but same issue. My grandmas goat curry is amazing tho and I love tandoori lamb chops at my local indian spot
