Well I think that billionaire man drop a nuke to force people to live in that silo and there is radiation outside if anyone goes outside they will fall Ill and die because of the nuke radiation but I believe if they walk away from that nuke environment far away from the silo location the radiation will not reach there. There is life outside and beyond the silo location. People outside city can't come to that silo location because of the radioactive environment so that location will have keep of warning because there are some places in Japan that there is still radiation activities that even the Japanese can't go there.
