In the past couple of years, I’ve seen more people dress up for Halloween horror nights. When did they change the rules? Because like two or three years ago, they used to say that you couldn’t come in costume and they wouldn’t let you in the park. And I get that this isn’t a costume, but I feel like they would classify this as a costume because you could be mistaken as a scare actor.

if i’m not mistaken i believe it’s an EXCESSIVE amount of fake blood/ prosthetic effects/ masks is where you will be turn away because you will blend in with the scare actors, this is more like a “disney bound” but hhn related. Just note to yourself if you do something like this you may be turned away.
