I use my Food Processor I buy big blocks of Sharp Cheddar & Pepper Jack put it in zip lock bags ready to use. Your grater looks nice too.

🇯⁀*🌹 Nanny Chelle, every now and then I get a hankering and longing for my mom's homemade 'ham salad' .. and what made her's unique, is that she used bologna instead of ham 😆🤭 We didn't always have a lot to spend and she would buy 'substitute' items and I sure looked forward to her ham salad.. miss her every day (she passed July 20, 2010)
