@madison_barbosa: Literally licked the bowl CLEAN. 🌶️🤤 Episode 13 | One Pan Spicy Coconut Beef Bowls Ingredients: -1 lb of beef -one onion -carton of beef broth -can of coconut milk -1/2 c rice (I use jasmine) -2 tbsp jarlic (minced garlic) -1 tbsp ginger -2 tbsp soy sauce -1 tsp sesame oil -1 tbsp brown sugar or honey -chili oil to taste -salt, pepper, paprika -green onion Instructions: Add beef to pan and brown. Add in your diced onion, cook. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar (or honey), chili oil, spices. Cook until fragrant. Add in your rice (pro tip: wash it first) and let it toast up a little for 1 minute. Add in can of coconut milk and cup of beef broth. Bring to a gentle simmer, then cover for 15 minutes. Once rice is cooked, I throw in the rest of the beef broth to make it extra soupy and a little more red pepper flakes for extra spice. Top with green onions, enjoy! #onepandinner #beefbowls
