As a jury, I would want to see if they were pills she could crush. I'm not buying she crushed them manually and I would want to see visually if it was possible to prove no way. I wld be not guilty and just throw in, go arrest the real killer...

He’s smarter than me, but I disagree. I think they wanted to see the meds that were in the bag that were in Patrick’s truck to compare to the list of medication’s in the toxicology report.

I think they wanted the pill bottles so they can see the instructions actually given, because I got so confused on what, how, and when they were all prescribed. The doctor had said she intended meds for sleep, but then decided to up the dosage... But if she had decided that afterwards, it wouldn't say on the bottle to double after a week. There was just a lot of contradicting information in my opinion on the prescriptions. Even if I'm saying not guilty, I'd still want to see just for curiosity's sake

I was on a jury for attempted murder and we looked every piece of evidence we could because most of us were leaning toward not guilty but some people still felt the person was guilty so we had to let them see the things that felt were making them say this person was guilty. Because unfortunately we all didn’t agree in the beginning. With this case I think the jury is going to take a few days.

The jury does not know about the things we do, like the neighbor’s son seeing Lindsay outside at 5:50, Patricks moving away 4 months later, selling his house to the DA, his connections to the police, all the things with his new wife. So they we’ll learn things after their decision.

Personally, if I was on the jury, I wouldn’t think any bit of Kevin Reddington trying to disprove the investigation portion that revolves around Lindsay Clancy‘s attempt on her own life would mean anything to me because over and over and over again in this trial, he says that she did try to kill herself, and she did it with an intent to seriously kill not pretend to. What would actually speak louder to me as the fact that he didn’t try to disprove any part of the homicide investigation that revolved around those three children.

Were those pills the kind you should not crush. She’s a nurse, that made zero sense amount other things. But also w the knife, the direction of the cuts are relevant to the knife and if she was right handed the cuts seemed less likely self inflicted.

She had an “over therapeutical” amount of seroquil in her system. She stopped it 10 days prior. Didn’t Patrick have all her “discontinued” meds in his possession, per Dr’s instruction?

Even if Lindsay were guilty — and I personally don’t believe she is — the prosecution completely blew this trial. Instead of eliminating reasonable doubt, they created MORE of it by exposing how many investigative gaps and unanswered questions still exist. Patrick was the surviving adult standing in the middle of a scene with three children dead or dying and his wife critically injured, yet instead of thoroughly investigating and independently clearing him, investigators seemingly accepted his version of events and built their timeline around it. Whether you suspect him or not, properly investigating him should have been basic police work — especially when he was the surviving spouse who could potentially benefit financially and ultimately move on with his life. The prosecution was supposed to tie everything together beyond a reasonable doubt. Instead, I finished this trial with MORE questions than I started with. I genuinely don’t know how twelve jurors unanimously get past that. A hung jury or not guilty verdict wouldn’t surprise me at all.

They wanted the meds to see where the Seroquel was. The amount she had in her system she shouldn’t have been able to walk. 300mg can knock out a 200lb adult in about 25 min. 1,800mg is insane
