For everyone saying that the car was in the right. First, the car came up behind the biker and tried to shove her over intentionally, turning the wheel towards her running her foot over even more, and you can clearly see in this picture that the car drove into her lane. I would sue the hell out of that person on the car. Driving at night with no lights on and using your vehicle to try and harm somebody is attempted murder with a deadly weapon.
