What if baby tends to choke more on larger pieces than the smaller pieces for example 8 month old baby does fine with shredded chicken but struggles with larger strips.

Okay question.. my almost one year old doesn’t always swallow foods. He just mashes it and then holds it in his mouth like a chipmunk and I eventually scoop it out. When does this become a bigger concern? Or should I already be concerned? lol 😂

Question for you - my 6.5 month daughter has stopped finishing her bottles the more we’ve incorporated foods. She had a whole purée at daycare today and then only 2 out of 6 oz of breast milk. Should I be cutting her back to smaller portions of real food so that she finishes milk?

My 7 month old has 6 teeth. She bites pieces off with her front teeth. It scares me so much she’s going to choke. When starting solids with babies who have teeth, is it the same? Still less of a chocking hazard giving them large pieces they can hold in their hands?
