So I’ve seen a lot of people say that portables are not hospital grade suction? I’m 23 weeks and looking at pumps (eventually) and wanted these but it sounds like they’re just a “if you got nothing else” option. I’ve heard they diminish your supply because they cannot get it all?

It doesn’t have hospital grade suction. Would probably be good as a back up but definitely not as a primary pump 😕

Spectra is a hospital grade. This doesn’t help with increasing supply or emptying properly
