@kendraworth: I’m not being dramatic when I say that gentle sleep training will CHANGE. YOUR. LIFE! It’s a lot of work for 1-2 weeks, but you will have months & years of great sleep ahead if you commit to the process. I came up with my program after having my first baby and was looking for an alternative to cry-it-out(CIO) and Ferber sleep training, because I do not believe in leaving a baby to cry. I used my background in psychology, childhood education, and my experience as a long time nanny to many babies to figure out the best schedule and best ways to slowly help a baby learn to fall asleep in their crib or bassinet. I ended up having 3 babies in 4 years and I slept great 95% of the time because of gentle sleep training & I’ve also helped thousands of parents online do this with their babies!! I also NEED to mention that your timing is everything when it comes to being able to do this, so make sure you are using my wake windows (detailed schedules on my website btw). 3 MO: 90 min, 4 MO: 2 hours, 5 MO: 2.5 hours, 6-9 MO: 3 hours, 9-12 MO: 3.5 hours, 12 MO+: 4.5 hours If you want more tutorials, they’re all on my page if you scroll, but you can also get my FULL baby sleep class that walks you through exactly how to do this successfully no matter what point you’re starting at for just $55 at the 🔗 in my bio or hhsleep.com 👶💤🌙 #creatorsearchinsights #babysleep #kendramethod #momtok #babytok baby sleep habits and training kendra worth gentle sleep training Baby sleep tutorial Gentle sleep training tutorial Viral baby sleep contact sleep babies sleeping tips and sleep habits

Mine is out like a light if I give her a paci BUT as soon as if falls out it’s game over & im replacing it every 45 min (and at night) - all other crib side soothing doesnt cut it if she can’t suck on something 🥲

Great video! my 3 month old sleeps well at night, I can lay him down awake and he eventually falls asleep without crying. But for naps he doesn't want to sleep in his cosleeper, he will just keep crying. He only sleeps in the sleep carrier during the day. What could be the reason for this?

No, you do not wait 15 minutes depending to doing that when you fall asleep on her own

my 4 month old falls asleep independently SOO well, it takes him maybe 60 seconds to fall asleep most of the time... but he wakes up every 3 hours and can't put himself back to sleep unless I let him cry

No, you don’t. You just lay her in her bed walk away and leave her alone and you’ll go right to sleep. I don’t believe you talk this baby into going to sleep just let her down and leave her alone and she’ll fall asleep on her own. you have to train them.
