Here's a tip with any pencil eyeliner dry your water line with a qtip then apply the eyeliner then add a black eyeshadow on top like pack it on top and you should be good to go but if it's still coming off add a translucent powder on top hope this is helpful for whoever & if anyone wants a good cheap cruelty free eyeliner get the La colors gel one it's literally 2 bucks and amazing bc Maybelline isn't unfortunately cruelty free and pricey so

this is what I use it has honestly done a really good job for me and I have really watery eyes, The only bad part is that it gets dry and you have to draw on a piece of toilet paper or your hand to get it to go on darker

This is my go to for my water line!! I pack on black eyeshadow on top to make it last longer. I usually don’t apply it near my tear duct or else it smudges - Instead I put black eyeshadow there

I LOVE the maybelline tattoo studio liner, I’ll go to school in the texas heat, wrestle, workout, sweat my ass off and it’s STILL there, a little melted but if you just wipe it, it looks like it was never affected, i literally cried my ass off after a breakup and it still didn’t budge
