@tlcwithmsb: I had an instant connection with my Cornish friend Jane when we lived in Thailand over 14 years ago, and now I know why. Cornwall and Minnesota have a deep connection of people’s, grit, landscape and community, and I’m so happy to have been able to experience Cornwall 🥰 we are all connected #cornwall #History #teacher #minnesota #connection
Also what is now known as Cornwall was the only place ancient Greek traders knew about this side of the Mediterranean
5,000 years ago because of our mining and exporting tin.

Highly suggest that you watch the BBC series Poldark, it takes place in Cornwall during the lates 1700’s and the main character owns mines. It’s actually a really great series & the lead actor is hot!

That was beautiful, as someone who lives in Cornwall, to hear someone really take the time to learn about Cornwall and it's worldwide connections is beautiful xx

We used to go on this walk growing up regularly and throw stones down the shaft into the sea.

They are our Minnesotan family. I ate Pasty in Ironwood Michigan last weekend. They have influence across the entire mining culture in the northern tier mining region.
