I saw someone upset because some have like 10 calories. Girl, I put 1 packet in a 32oz cup. Even if I drink 5/day it’s 50 calories and 160oz of water. I think I’m still winning

As a type 1 diabetic, flavored waters are my daily :) I never get fun drinks that I can have without insulin! Haters can stay drinking boring water, I already have enough struggles to deal with, ima have my dole whip berry water and be happy!!!

In the UK we have bottles of “squash” it’s like those but it’s a really strong liquid. You add a small amount to the glass and fill the rest with water
