I sure wish they had this when I was getting divorced because my now ex-husband and the father and mother-in-law dragged me through hell with CFS doctors every kind of way possible that they could accuse somebody of abusing a child. The things they did to my kids, stripping them and looking at their bodies, and my kids still remembering to talk about it even as being adults now, and the stress and trauma that it put me through on top of everything else I’ve already been through in my life. I’m nonfunctional now and he got away with it. Got free. I just wish this would’ve been available for me and my time everything they ever accuse me of was founded to be not true by CFS and everyone that was responsible for investigating💔

Given the findings by the United Nations, and Canadian governments, that the term parental alienation was created in bias and causes extreme harm - it’s concerning that this order was made. They should be looking at the totality of the circumstances through the lens of coercive control. Not “parental alienation.”

court really doesn't enforce orders so its kinda on the court too. Court allows all this conflict to pile up and create a mess. Fixing a heavily flawed system would be a good start

My ex has been in contempt since may we go see a judge on the 4th she got the summer this is after it took 10 years to get the final order of me having our daughters full time and our son 50/50
