@insideedition: A ghostly figure in a chilling "Scream"-style mask has been terrorizing a community center in Lorton, Virginia after midnight for weeks, causing an estimated $8,000 in property damage. A suspect was apprehended by law enforcement. The caught-on-camera unmasking resembled a scene from the old "Scooby-Doo" cartoon series.
