that is a very true statement, 1 document everything dates, times, places, people. 2 send copies of your documents to personal email to create a paper trail. 3 speak to an employment layer, NEVER let them know that you are speaking to a employment lawyer because they will not speak to you without having their legal representatives there. 4 they will say that they want to take care of it in house which they never do, instead they target you and start to push you out fast and quick. 5 file a formal complaint with the labor board or EEOC so they can start an investigation, now you have created a paper trail and have a complaint on record.

I went to HR was forced to resign 2 months later. Never go to HR, just start looking for another job. It wont change if you get stuck with a bad supervisor or manger.

Was assigned a medical HR during my disability time off... she never upheld the company protocol when I returned but continued to express that we have the best return to work policy... was forced to return to work before fully recovered from surgery to be laid off with no chance if EI due to being on disability. They are never there for us!
