People need to realize she’s right with this, it’s not who’s better it’s what they’re use to. If you’re seeing underhand from 43 feet and then you see overhand from 60ft you’re going to struggle. And the same goes the other way.

People don’t understand that being over confident is apart of sports, it’s how athletes talk, it helps you get in the zone. Even when the genders are reversed people get so mad at it. Shows that many people are too soft to be competitive…

the thing y'all don't understand is that it's about the arm movement and ball trajectory, not the speed. softball players practice on baseball equipment and every batting coach, ever, throws overhand. softball players are used to calculating where the ball is going to be on a downward slope. baseball players aren't used to seeing the ball come from the bottom and raise.
