They were living in NYC of course they’re going to want to move away. They could have moved to a smaller city so they could be less busy. This is completely on them and the hospital they decided to work and not the US . Bad jobs and management are everywhere in the world

That freedom of choice is one of the great things about America, we don’t prevent people from leaving or force them to pretend this country is perfect. But too all those Anti-Americans turn one couple’s personal decision into proof that “everyone wants to leave America.” Millions of people still risk everything to come here because America continues to offer extraordinary freedom, opportunity, innovation, and upward mobility. The United States has flaws, but people are free to criticize it, succeed in it, leave it, and even return if they discover the grass wasn’t greener. If everyone supposedly wants to leave America, why are so many people still trying so desperately to get in?
