@modern_floki: Herbal tea When it comes to kidney health, supporting normal urinary flow and the body’s own elimination pathways can be an important part of overall wellness. This herbal tea combination brings together herbs traditionally used for urinary tract support, fluid balance, soothing tissues, and gentle diuretic action to help the body naturally move water and waste through the urinary system. Calendula: Calendula herbal tea provides antioxidant and anti-inflammatory plant compounds and has a long history of traditional use for supporting healthy tissues and the body’s natural elimination processes. Red Raspberry Leaf: Red raspberry leaf herbal tea is rich in tannins and other plant compounds and is traditionally used as a nourishing tonic. Its gentle astringent qualities make it a useful companion when supporting urinary and overall tissue health. Dandelion Root: Dandelion root herbal tea is one of the most recognized herbs associated with natural elimination. Dandelion has traditionally been used to support digestion and fluid balance, while its potential mild diuretic activity may encourage normal urination and the removal of water-soluble waste. Marshmallow Root: Marshmallow root herbal tea brings something different to the blend. Its naturally occurring mucilage creates a soothing quality that has traditionally been used to coat and comfort irritated tissues, making it especially complementary to stronger flushing herbs. Stinging Nettle: Stinging nettle herbal tea has a long history of traditional urinary use and is commonly included in herbal preparations intended to encourage urine production and urinary tract flushing. It also contains numerous naturally occurring minerals and plant compounds. Together, these herbs create an herbal tea focused on supporting normal urinary flow, fluid balance, urinary tract comfort, and the kidneys’ natural role in filtering the blood and removing metabolic waste. Rather than thinking of “detox” as physically scrubbing toxins from the kidneys, think of this blend as supporting the body’s existing filtration and elimination systems. Important: Anyone with chronic kidney disease, reduced kidney function, dialysis, a kidney transplant, or potassium/fluid restrictions should speak with their healthcare professional before using kidney-focused herbal teas. Dandelion and stinging nettle can be high in potassium, and the National Kidney Foundation specifically identifies stinging nettle as higher-risk for people with kidney disease. #herbaltea #modern_floki #herbalmedicine #herbalremedies #herbal

I contracted herpes after being intimate with my new boyfriend for the first time. Before we had sex, he never mentioned that he was living with the virus, so I had no idea I was at risk. A few days later, I became extremely sick and experienced painful symptoms that lasted for about two weeks. It was one of the most difficult experiences I’ve ever gone through. After I confronted him, he admitted that he had known about his herpes diagnosis for years but chose not to tell me beforehand. I felt completely betrayed because I believe I deserved the opportunity to make an informed decision about my own health. If he had been honest with me from the beginning, I could have asked questions, taken precautions, or decided whether I was comfortable with the risk. Instead, that choice was taken away from me. I decided to end the relationship because trust is very important to me. However, he keeps telling me that I’m overreacting and that herpes is common, so it shouldn’t be a big deal. I understand that many people live normal lives with herpes, but I still feel that honesty and informed consent are essential in any relationship. Am I wrong for feeling this way, or was I justified in expecting him to be truthful before we became intimate? Am cured now by @DR ITUA MIRACLE MEDICINE 🌿💯 💙😎🇺🇸❤️💯💯💯🇺🇸💙🌿🌿
