What about emotional messages from the week or so before he left me and the last few days. mostly just asking why and how he could do this. ( he actually traumatized me and almost sent me into postpartum psychosis. And just left me with our three month old after being back and forth for a week)

Guess it depends on the judge. I have an entire color coded binder of threats, abuse, him calling the actual judge the N word through text to me, and he still got every other weekend💀💀

It’s sad because in many cases the victim of abuse has a microscope on them and has to be in their best behaviour all the time while the abuser gets to keep pushing buttons.

I had a text from my baby daddy literally saying if you take me off child support of mind you only $150 a month, that I could have full custody. Brought it to court, they didn't do anything with it. The system is FAILED.
