Gas all the way. Always a little disappointed when using an AirB&B with anything else. My mum had induction and it’s…ok. I just like the instant control of using gas.

I’ve had both and also ceramic. Induction’s only plus for me was being easy to clean. Never got used to the noise or lack of responsiveness. Gas is so responsive but a pain to clean and it’s bad for your lungs apparently. Ceramic is easy to clean and whilst not as responsive as gas, it’s more intuitive than induction and you get the hang of it. So I would say ceramic is a good blend of the upsides of the other two.

have induction at home and love it, at my caravan it's gas and really notice how much longer it takes to cook on gas.

Bought a new build, had an induction hob. initially nope .... love my gas hob however wouldn't go back to gas now. Stick with it I love it. with little hands and paws kicking about when switched of you can place your hand down. yes its warm but won't burn. plus its extra space when required.

Had induction in my last place, moved to one with gas. Hate the gas. My rice cooked better on the induction. Plus.. I’ve walked away and left the gas on 3 times. Induction is safer.

Had gas for 14+ years. Moved to induction. Best decision ever. And we cook loads. Would never move back to gas.

Hate induction hobs . I’ve gas my son has induction . Just can’t compare it . Even tho it’s probably not as environmentally friendly

As someone who’s had both, gas all the way. The induction hobs are so annoying and not all pans can be used, sometimes it doesn’t recognise a pan if it’s not heavy enough, I used to shout at it all the time.
