it was build years ago, what happened now is not relevant to flood control projects, but lets remember it is a negligence, government should always inspect all the bridges, trees, anything that can fall/ collapse and do a prevention plan every summer so we can all be safe during the rainy season. And it is so fck up coz the politicians are already aware that the Philippines is a country prone to flood yet they always neglect our safety and they kept prioritizing their greed.

Let's be specific guys, that bridge was created decades ago, the corruption was not that a big problem then, there's no one's fault why did the bridge go down, plus the rain is strong and the fundamental structure is old.
