I, one time told the MD that he can come down to lab and assist with the maintenance and QC so he can get his results, he said sorry and that he’ll wait the hour for his results. After that no other MD calls or nurses when it’s maintenance time.

have 2 analyzers. the main one was down for troubleshooting and the back up had on going maintenance and due for QC. Dr. called twice and for the 3rd time had the audacity to give me an attitude. was about to tell her that if she really wanted the result she will come down and help me troubleshoot the other analyzer.
