@ketofocus: 👋 well hello my low carb, high protein people who are also VERY serious about food tasting good High protein is having a MOMENT right now. It’s in every grocery aisle, every recipe, every other video I scroll past…and honestly, I’m here for it… I mean I wrote a whole book about it! But here’s where I think we’re missing something. If your goal is weight loss and you don’t want to feel hungry all day, try pairing that high protein with low carb. That’s the combination I keep coming back to. Protein helps make meals more filling, and keeping the carbs lower makes it easier to build meals around the foods that actually keep you satisfied. Because losing weight is hard enough. I don’t want to spend the entire time thinking about my next meal. I’ve been eating low carb for a LONG time, and over here @ketofocus I refuse to accept that cutting carbs means giving up the foods you actually love. I want pizza that tastes like pizza.
Bread that tastes like bread.
