As a bus driver, this pisses me the fuck off. That is not his job that is my job. I need to know the addresses. I need to know where I’m going. I have a paper with all the Parents phone numbers and if I don’t, I called dispatch they have it kid should not be worried about getting on the bus they should be able to be comfortable relax talk to their friends and cough. And if you need a Kleenex, I have some. I’m so sorry your son had that experience.

As someone who has worked in transportation for 2 different counties let me tell you how to handle this. DONT CALL. Create an email. Make sure you include the superintendent, director and supervisor. Every chain of command. Transportation doesn’t take things serious unless you include EVERYONE

And for the people who come here after she posted the first video saying he needs to know his address and stuff for emergencies… SHE KNOWS it takes time especially for young kids to remember things like that, and her kids are not you or your kids yeah back in 1982 you had to remember that stuff to get places but things have changed again not saying he shouldn’t know but !
