you cant expect to live a good life when you think like this. im 21 and i use to think my life was already over when i was 17, i realized when you feed yourself with negativity thats all your brain is going to think about. thinking about the future causes you anxiety, thinking about the past brings you embarrassment. live in the present, stop worrying for things that are not here yet. don’t talk to yourself in your head, your brain will create situations that you shouldn’t worry about. take a break off social media, do little things like a hike, or brush your teeth, fold your laundry. train your mind to think about whats here not whats coming. you still have time, its never too late. trust me i know.
