@floisawesomesauce: they look like baby versions of my dog 🥹 #bats #bat #mybebe #socute #cuteanimals

Jess :

Mice carry viruses and diseases, so do bunnies and allllll other types of rodents. Yall hating on bats just because they’re not as conventionally cute. Yes obviously wash your hands but come ONNNN

𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙣'🪽 :

aww so cuteee little coronavirus🥺🥺

S4n1d.q ⚯͛ :

Btw you can get rabies only if you were bitten by the animal that has rabies, not just a single touch.

Aras :

hot take: ALL animals are cute

Ashlyn Bottger :

He’s very cute but go to the ER right now

🦌 :

Do u also love viruses?

𝕵☆𝖒𝖎𝖊🇵🇸 :

He should def get rabies shots, the reason bats are so dangerous when it comes to rabies is because it is wildly difficult to tell if you’ve been bitten, you are unlikely to even notice you’ve been bitten which means you wont notice anythings wrong until its too late, you should never handle a wild animal with your bare hands without already being vaccinated for rabies

Geno Bell :

I LOOVE bats, but I would still get rabies shots if I were you 😭😭

Kaley :

he’s absolutely adorable and i’m not saying you guys will definitely get rabies but definitely not worth the risk as once symptoms show for rabies it’s too late and there’s a 100% chance of death

tsacx0 :

im sorry but can you eat it when school starts

katarinaa :

aww my little covid-19

Max🐹⚾️⚜️ :

anujin :

until it carries viruses

hru :

My little Covid 19🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️😁🥰🥰😁❤️

rennie :

the chances might feel slim but remember that rabies has a nearly 100% fatality rate. please do not take the risk

Random Person :

bats are adorable they got such a bad rep tho

yuul :

Sometimes people are being dramatic in the comments, but this is not the case. Your father should definitely get rabies shots and never handle a bat... It is a low chance that he'll be infected, but it's best to get vaccines rather than die a horrible/painful death that you can barely treat.

Kenny 🪽💗 :

he years for dawn dish soap

•(SmackMyAss)• :

GUYS STOP BEING DRAMATIC. only 0.5% of wild bats carry rabies, and not ALL bat species even carry or transfer it, and rabies are exclusively passing through saliva, like bite, scratches and etc.

lovelovelove :

my little covid 19🥰❤️

Goober :

Rabies ain’t no joke bro 💀 he better go get those rabies shots.

N. Girouard :

we love bats but yes, direct contact with bats is an immediate cause for rabies shots

Marin & Strider 🐕🐾🦆 :

As a vet go to the hospital immediately and get rabies shots

Mitch :

Rabies in a bat is very uncommon. They are one of the top carriers but that’s because rabies is actually not very common. The reason people are so careful is because rabies is very deadly and incurable. Your dad probably will be fine but a Rabies shot is a great precaution 🙏

𝓡𝓾𝓼𝓵𝓪𝓷𝓪🐞 :

The smallest contact with a bat can make you have rabies
