“Just as much to blame”, saying a father tricked into leaving his kids alone to be murdered by his wife is the same as murdering said children is insane.

If Casey Anthony committed her crime today there would be droves of white women laying down their lives to support her

I mean the same exact thing did happen with a black women and the public defended her so much that she was found not guilty so idk why your playing the race card.

Regardless of her race, i still believe the health care system doesn't do enough for women. Rip to those babies.

star contrast to DeCarlos Brown who was also in active Psychosis when he commited the mercury of Irena Zarutska. North Carolina brought back the death penalty because of this case. changed release criteria on people with mental health histories. people were publicly calling for his death bc he was ajudicated incompetent to stand trial. He will be in a state psych hospital for the rest of his natural life unless he at some point becomes competent to stand trial.

my opinion on guilty vs NGRI have been flip flopping this last week so im not entirely sure what to think right now but i just felt it necessary to say that most of the women showing 'support' are doing so because they relate to doctors not taking women's health seriously, not because they think lindsay is innocent and should go free. also her husband took 12 weeks of paternity leave and began working from home and hired a nanny to try and make things easier on her though that obviously didn't pan out. i know this won't change your mind at all and im not saying it should, just think clarification is important here

What about her body temp, and the fact that they were able to save the youngest? You get roughly 10 minutes to resuscitate someone after they stop breathing. I used to think she was guilty, but the is genuinely no scientific explanation for her doing that to her youngest and everything to herself including her body temp dropping 16 degrees. Completely ignoring the heresy, and strictly looking at the evidence—there is genuinely no way she could have done it. Not to mention she was soaking wet which then accounts for her hypothermia but there was no water in the room, so she was most likely soaked when she was outside, but she couldn’t have done it herself and there was nowhere near enough snow to completely soak her. Even then, it would take much longer for her body temp to drop, the timeline makes no sense.

my problem is the consequence. Death penalty doesn't solve the issue nor does rotting in prison. Its why they are going for an insanity plea regardless of her doing it or not. Yes, it is an issue that POC are treated different than white. Shouldn't disregard this case tho

I think Nancy is innocent personally and the attention oh her case did ultimately help Latarsha Sanders which is a huge win, but that win shows that Lindsay is absolutely getting preferential treatment and we all know why.

While I agree with most of the take because I do both believe parents are equally responsible. And as someone watching the trial, Lindsay is prepared to take the consequences and that should be acknowledged. Psychosis isn’t an excuse to commit a crime, but I can understand how someone who isn’t in their right mind can commit it. Because we have men who have PTSD, who commit the same crimes but still need help.

I think people are misunderstanding why people are standing out there it's because of the fact that so many women don't get the medical care that they need I mean there's a whole joke on the internet with women about how doctors don't take them seriously I mean there's like a whole trend about it and that's why those ladies were standing out there I mean I do agree with you that if she was a person of color I don't think a lot of people would care as much as they now I mean the same case whistle literally with people of color happened and no one cared and everyone treated that mother horrible I believe both women should be in a mental hospital and I believe both women should have been listened to and I believe that both women should have gotten the help that they needed but they were left down by the medical system and that's why I have the opinion that I do because once again the United States health system has failed women again after time and time again
