So I'd like to share my experience that I just had this morning with yoga nidra that was very profound to me maybe not anyone else but it may click for someone else. So when I got very deep into the meditation I started hearing auditory voices male and female yet the more I tried to concentrate on the voices they would glitch out (literally sounded like a computer glitch). It felt like my brain was flipping through radio stations and eventually I got to a "station" where I started hearing a song. The song started with a lady singing and a piano and the background and the more I focused on the lady singing and what she was saying her voice would start to glitch then I switched my awareness to the piano and her voice went away and the song just kept going it was flowing perfectly and then other instruments started coming in creating a very beautiful orchestra that I could only describe as heavenly. My whole entire body started to vibrate and I felt this intense energy take over my whole body and I could feel my eyes getting watery. What I concluded from this was the voices kept glitching out because rather than just staying aware of the voices I was trying to formulate an opinion to combat it or I was too focused on what the next words I was going to hear were going to be trying to be predictive which was ultimately taking me out of the state I was in. When I listened to the music (mind you I don't listen to this type of music) the only thing I could do was let it flow it was something that was foreign to me I couldn't predict what was next and the only opinion I formulated was that it was beautiful which wasn't combative towards the experience. One thing that I believe as well is that the music wasnt just being randomly generated in my brain but it was my brain translating something within me into a way I could feel and understand it much like how in reality all the information we take in our brain is filtering it into a way we can understand and process it. The profound thing I took from this is when I tried to force the experience with the voices they'd glitch out and stop and switch to something else yet with the music I let it flow and it just kept going and

I recently awakened, and couple days ago, I saw an Indian guru telling me a formula for manifestation. I woke up mumbling that formula. Im 100% sure I'll meet that man in the future.

Connected through the mind. I can think of things to give my granddaughter and I hide it. She finds them or comes walking in with it. Things she’s never seen before. I put my intentions into it and she knows it’s for her. It’s lovely and I feel the love / connection.
