Feta Chickpea Dip This might be one of the easiest ways to pack 55g of protein into a dip. 👀 Macros (Whole Serving) Calories — 575 Protein — 55g Carbs — 39g Fat — 22g Ingredients 🥣 80g or 1/2 cup feta cheese 80g or 1/2 cup pitted green olives 80g or 1/2 cup canned chickpeas 300g or 1 1/4 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt 1 lemon wedge, squeezed Pinch of Salt Parsley How to make: 🧑‍🍳 1️⃣ Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend for about 2 minutes until everything is fully combined and creamy. 2️⃣ Scoop onto a plate or into a bowl, top with chopped tomatoes and fresh parsley, then serve with toast, pita, veggies, or whatever you want to use for dipping.
