Heyy , Off subject : Portfolio sent all statements, a generic Bill of Sale, the chain which is citi bank to them and a letter from their attorney acknowledging an active, open dispute where they state I 'may not owe this Debt.' However, they failed to provide a sworn, notarized Business Records Affidavit my question only thing I got to keep going that it wasn’t notarized but I read they still have time as long it was done 14 days before court is that true otherwise I don’t have nothing else to fight
