Several real estate investors in my groups are having issues with comps on the flips after rehab. One of my investors has been trying to sell in Arlington since March. Appraisal came in 35k lower from Comps at purchase last August. Having to a Bridge to avoid foreclosure

We need it to crash in Cali. A starter home in 2019 where I live was 300k-450k depending on how much they upgraded it. Now those same houses 900k-1.1mil. I need it to crash or correct sooner.

There will always be people making bad decisions and that's why houses will continue to sell. They will regret that purchase soon. In my part of Texas houses and land were selling as fast as they hit the market but now they just sit there. Most of the property in my area has been on the market for at least a year.
