@roslynn.34: your sign to make a cookie pie🍪 recipe👇🏼 3/4 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 cup packed brown sugar 1 egg + 1 yolk, room temp 2 tsp vanilla 2 cups ap flour ½ cup cocoa powder 3/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup chocolate chips + marshmallows graham cracker crumbs extra chocolates for topping In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla and mix until fully combined. Gradually add the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips. Press half of the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Sprinkle a layer of graham cracker crumbs and marshmallows over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Add the remaining cookie dough on top, gently pressing it down to cover the filling. Make sure the edges are sealed so the marshmallows stay inside. Bake at 350 for 20–25 min, or until the edges are set and the center is still slightly soft. Be careful not to overbake so it stays gooey. While still warm, top with extra chocolate pieces and graham cracker crumbs. *you can mix the graham cracker crumbs directly into the dough with the chocolate chips.
