“We want something that’s gonna protect other kids and not put it on the parents to be watching over our kid shoulders” but as a parent that is your job. When you decide you want children, you must also understand that it is your job as a parent like it or not to be watching over your children. You should not be giving your children access to social media if you are not willing to protect them and educate them on the negative aspects of social media. Educate yourself, and your children on the dangers of social media before something like this happens. Because as a parent, it’s on you to watch over your children, not apps.
