There’s a saying going around that essentially says “of course you like me, I curated this personality just for you”. This reminds me of that.

I turn up very much the same, I've been told I smile too much and seem "ditzy" on first impression and its not until my work speaks for itself that anyone takes me seriously... even with an incredible resume`. I'm worried its part of the reason I seem to have hit a ceiling because all I ever get is praise for me work? It's just confusing... any advice?
