The mother's argument is practical. The daughter's argument is emotional. Neither completely answers the question. LOVE, the way GOD intends it, gives more than food, clothes and shelter. If love made GOD lay down His life for us, to restore us back to our identity and destiny, then who the eF taught us that love doesn't pay the bills?
