How does the first scene imply he’s a rapist? Seems to me like he just loves sleeping around with women, at most he’s community dih from that scene which isn’t that bad. The second scene just seems like Damon’s very dry and sadistic humor. The bath tub girl was more about Damon wanting to feed on her. The other scenes however I will accept because I PERSONALLY think he GRAPED CAROLINE but Series creators like Julie Plec have stated that a sexual assault was not intended by the writing, maintaining that Damon used Caroline primarily for blood, obedience, and psychological abuse rather than forcing her into sexual intercourse after she knew what he was. (Also I’m not exactly Damon fan, I’m a Stefan fan and I don’t find him attractive so don’t try to claim that the only reason why I’m defending ts)

When I tell people to show is good, I let them know about Damon being a ,predator, and that they very much retconned it later. However, I still think the show is good as well as the originals and legacies.
