@jordybalogh: The US Open is another great example of a sporting event that has become so unaffordable. The last few years, prices have just skyrocketed. The common sports and tennis fan, it’s very hard to justify the cost even if you love the event. The World Cup was outrageous, Knicks playoff tickets were as well. I get it’s supply and demand, but pricing out the real fans hurts the atmosphere. Don’t get me started with how many streaming services and cable fans need to watch games now. That’s another story.
