Venison, I have a freezer full. Im a pretty successful hunter. One of my hunts went wrong, a coyote appeared, I thought nothing of it a second and third appeared circling me, they attacked and ripped my hair out of my scalp, broke my fingers and I survived it. I called my wife right after and she called help. Id never been so close to death. Having a lady that doesn't care I got descalped is great. She hugged me and said she couldn't live without me and to be more careful when hunting. Since I've taken her out with me hunting, She got a Bull Moose, I taught her how to clean it and made Moose steaks that night. The wilderness of Washington state is a home to me. My grandfather was a veteran of WW2 and was a POW of the Japanese, I learned quite a bit from him, how to eat things from cans and how not to waste. Like the horse, It broke its neck, we ate it for 2 weeks. He said she was a loyal horse she'd want to sustain you as that is her last thing she can do.
