For those of you that don’t know the lore of Grace and Gwen, allow me to educate you. This is how Grace is as a nurse. On the left. That’s her. Don’t be Grace. Her identical twin, Gwen, is in the black. An angel. She’s the best. Be like Gwen. They’re actually not allowed to work on the same shift, for a variety of reasons. It’s hilarious when Gwen has to get report from Grace in the morning though. And yes, Grace is my ex. I chose the wrong twin

My favorite is the nurse who rushes report but giving her report is like a turtle she takes forever and asked questions she wouldn’t know the answers to or aren’t relevant

Interrupting report is my BIGGEST pet peeve. Same when doing discharge instructions. Just let me get through it and I promise most if not all questions you think of will be answered by the end.

I understand wanting to GIVE a quick report and get home, but personally I HATE giving report to someone who wants to get report quick/half assed so they can run off down the hall to go chit chat. I WILL slow down if you rush me.
