Smh, Yeah, cause he can see the road to know it's not washed out huh... wet brakes work the same as dry ones, and water in the axles would never be a problem? I mean Idgaf he can do what he wants with his truck. But heavy towing isn't cheap, and when they find out the road is washed out, it will most definitely be his fault. Whether it actually was or wasn't.
