Retired from Law Enforcement after 29yrs years and this officer was lying from the start. Lie # 1 he said we got a call of a suspicious person. Lie #2 He's the supervisor but yet called another officer that showed up to take control. Lie #3 Charge you with Obstruction but no crime as been committed. Lie #4 Shut his work down without a permit when his company name and the PHONE NUMBER is literally on the side of the truck and all they had to was call and get all the information they wanted. THIS WAS RACIALLY PROFILING AT IT'S BEST AND DIDN'T WANT A BLACK MAN IN THAT NEIGHBORHOOD!

Them cops knew they were lying from the start. You aren’t required to help them in their investigation. You aren’t required as a citizen to give them your ID just because they asked for it. You don’t have to answer any questions. You should’ve asked if you were detained. If so, you should’ve just said I invoke my 5th amendment right to remain silent. Then go and file a complaint on the officers involved for not knowing the law and harassing you.
